Coming to Jackson Comprehensive Treatment Center has been one of the best things I have ever done. Not only do I have a great counselor but all of the staff there is awesome. Even though I'm not their client per say , but the rest of the team is always attentive. If I'm having a bad day or have something on my mind, I can walk by someone and they can tell. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this clinic. ALL of the staff are beyond helpful and so supportive. From my very first step in their doors, I felt so welcomed and safe. The staff are wonderful, never rude & great personalities. Jeff (Director) is doing great things with the clinic. You can really tell he cares about each one of the clients. Great Center!
The staff here is amazing. The easy access of Counciling is great! I’ve never had a bad experience. My councilor, Jamal, has really helped me get a long way in just the short time I’ve been going there. He always motivated me to do better, and makes me feel as if someone is rooting for me. All of the councilors there are kind and caring. Always smiling. And the head man in charge never walks past me without saying hello. 👊🏻 Honestly not a negative thing about this place I can find.
