Excellent work and done very timely
Brian was very professional and easy to work with. The roof cleaning was done quickly and although we had to call him back for some minor touch-ups, we were very pleased with the results of the cleaning. I would use and recommend the service again.

The work was well performed and the price was reasonable. However, there was no schedule that allowed the homeowners to properly fit preparation for the exterior house cleaning into their schedule. The schedule given to homeowners was a single date - 9/12/2022. But we all knew Brian C. Jackson & Son wouldn't be able to clean 47 homes in a single day. What would have worked better would have been a schedule (even of if tentative) what group of homes would be serviced on what date.
Wouldn’t hire again if my house was on fire. Apparently he requires payment immediately after service- no problem, I get that. Since he sends a million emails ( mostly follow up emails to get you to buy) I missed the one where he said he doesn’t take CC. He called me and I explained I’m at work but can use a CC or meet him in 1 hour with cash.
