My experience today was excellent, I must say. The issue that I had was resolved, and I was more than pleased with the customer representative that assisted me. "Colline," these 5 stars are for you! Thanks again! I called in today for password reset assistance, and Jasmin also did an excellent job assisting me. I give her 5 stars as well!
Spoke with Jasmin. She was very professional and efficiently solved my problem in a few short moments. It was nice to be able to speak with someone who was genuinely polite and friendly towards her customer. Rare these days!
Anne was very polite and very understanding. The units were clean and well clean. Didn’t have any issues or problems. Will rent a unit again if needed
Showed up here after an hour and a half drive for a Budget rental and called for the pick up. They told me they did not have my rental and were extremely rude. I booked over a month in advance and was never told otherwise they would not have my vehicle, ruining my move. Absolutely disgusting service.
Aly from customer service helped me so much, she was calm nice and a pleasure
