Showed up here after an hour and a half drive for a Budget rental and called for the pick up. They told me they did not have my rental and were extremely rude. I booked over a month in advance and was never told otherwise they would not have my vehicle, ruining my move. Absolutely disgusting service.
Rose was amazing We called for help with a move-in service, and she answered right away. She was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Thanks to her, we were able to rent a unit over the phone without any stress. Great customer service experience
