This is my second time here. Dr. Lutz is the finest doctor that l have ever been to. He is so genuinely concerned and seemingly totally at ease in doing what he does best. He has such a beautiful rapport with all that assist him, addressing them so respectfully. My last visit left me practically scarless. He is so adept in what he does. I thank my lucky stars that led me to his office.

My 95 y.o. Dad had Mose surgery on his nose (and Moses supposes erroneously 'old danny kaye song'). Everyone was so nice. I love an office where everyone smiles when they say good morning! Dr Lutz and his helpers explained every step they were doing, making sure we understood. They were patient and made sure Dad was comfortable and not in pain. Would recommend to anyone!

I usually see Dr Lutz every few years to check for skin cancer because i have been in the sun my entire life. I saw Kirsten McQueen for the first time today because Dr Lutz is very busy with surgeries. I totally understand that & he should spend more time with people who need serious treatment. Ms McQueen is very knowledgeable & answered all of my concerns. She did cryo on a few concerning spots & was very gentle. I look forward to her examining me again in the future. The office staff is also very friendly.

The entire staff here is awesome! The wait time was very short. Dr. Lutz was very professional and did a great job on my Mohs surgery and stitches. I highly recommend this location.

Dr Lutz and his team were wonderful - pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable in there individual duties. Dr Lutz’s expertise is way off the charts. I would recommend Jacksonville Skin Cancer Center to family, friends, complete strangers - anyone needing skin cancer treatment. They are great.
