My first time meeting with Jaclyn and i’ve never been so uncomfortable in that setting before. for the first time i started opening up in therapy she just stared at me the whole appointment, didn’t add any comments or even attempt to reassure my feelings. never had a professional be so unfriendly/awkward. if i’m going to have a therapist i need someone personable and i truly felt like i was being judged the whole time.
My first appointment with Jaclyn. She was both personable and professional. I look forward to meeting with her again and assistance from Lifestance.
I have not had a single issue with this company or the people there! They are all so wonderful and truly have your best interest in mind.
