Having the right installer is half the battle when getting a new roof. Materials is the other half! My old Tamco “30 year” shingles failed in 16 years…no granules on many of the shingles! My insurance recommended contacting Jacob Hooper of Jaco Contracting….very attentive and knowledgeable! Recommended Owens Corning Duration shingles which Consumer Reports also recommended as best in class. The Brownwood dark brown color s very rich looking! Great workmanship! Great value! We appreciate the job and warranty Jaco provided!
My husband and I cannot express our appreciation for the work Jaco Contracting did when it came to replacing our roof. Hunter Phillips came out personally, walked the roof, was completely honest about areas that did and did not need to be replaced or repaired and did not try to “up sale” us, as many companies try to do.
