Jacob Grant took over our lease partway through a preexisting lease we had with a different company. Ultimately, it was a pain to deal with them, they were condescending, rude, and typical money extraction processes. When we finished our lease they attempted to withhold over $1,200 from our security deposit. Initially there was no explanation as to why they were withholding the money.
