Been renting under JCPM for about a year and a half now and I've had no complaints! Scott has been super helpful with maintenance and just got a water leak I had fixed the next day! I'd definitely recommend renting through these guys!
Everything so far has gone well. They are great with communication and getting the apartment was easier than past experiences. The only downside is that the apartment we moved into is in very poor condition. We don’t think it was cleaned very well and there was a lot of shawty work.
Jacob Grant is Amazing, their staff in Pocatello is amazing. The team is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the move-in process was super smooth. I really appreciate how they keep communication clear and professional. Definitely one of the best
We have at one of the apartments under Jacob Grant Property Management for about three years and I have no complaints. They are attentive and take what we have to say seriously. When we have requested mantince, the response was quick and pleasant. I would recommend them highly!
They come out and do repairs quickly.\nAnd if you call them and need help dividing your rent , they work with you really good
