She was very informative and has an excellent beside manner. She was awesome. Will be seeing her again.
Highly unprofessional if I could give her ZERO STARS I WOULD ! I am a patient and she had me waiting in the waiting room for 40 minutes just to tell me I needed to complete paperwork and she wasn’t the one to tell me I had to call to see what was wrong . SHE DOES NOT NEED A THIS JOB .
Please do yourself a favor and never go to Jacquelin Joffray for any professional assistance. She makes situations worse and takes time away from actually finding the proper care. Her showing up to work is worse then nothing. I have no idea what type of quota was being pushed to get someone this awful hired. Shameful.
Terrible. The lady answered the call instantly telling me what she couldn't do for me and what no therapist was going to do for me and then abruptly and rudely ended the call. I was referred to this lady by intake and filled out enormous amount of paperwork for them to refer to someone who wasn't what I requested and then for her to be so rude has really made me even rethink wanting to do therapy of any kind. Very discouraging.
My friend saw her and Joffray was completely dismissive and rude. Told her to find a new provider after two appts bc the one medication they tried didn’t work. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. She should consider a career change if she doesn’t want to help patients. Edit two years later: How does this lady still work here after all of the similar reviews??? Lifestance, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
