It was the worst booking experience I have ever had with a health care company. I tried for 2 days to cancel an appointment. It was not possible. The automated phone service offered no promont to cancel an appointment and there was no human available. When I went to the office late for my start time but still within the time alloted for my appointment. They were unsympathetic to my situation. I would never go back there or recommend this company.
Going Back for another therapist Friday..Wore the last one out. Lol
