Psychiatrist is great. The problem is when an appointment needs to be made, or payment, or refund, and the local number is called. I’m Stalin waiting on a payment from lifestance, today is 4/26/23. The appointment was 3/1/23. This reimbursement has not been the only issue. The company is too big with not enough knowledgeable staff on the administrative and billing side.
We love Jacqueline Williams and are so glad we found her! She’s very caring and helpful, and seems very knowledgeable about medications. She’s been a great help to my daughter.
