I love Dr. Skerrett. She listens, spends time and makes me feel valued. Her office is very accommodating and I usually can get in the same day that I call. Her staff is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Skerrett to any of my family and friends.
She is the perfect mix of intelligent and compassionate - exactly what you would want in a Doctor! The office staff are very kind, and the office is kept in great shape. They always can get me in when I need to see them - usually even earlier than what I would expect! I am incredibly pleased with this Doctor and her office/staff.
Took her time explaining what was going on and what had to be done to take care of my medical issue. She answered all of my questions very clearing.
Unfortunately after seeing her for a few months, I cannot recommend this doctor or office if you are looking for an office and doctor who will really take the time to listen to your needs and go out of your way to help you. They do not fall in the category.
The young woman at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all. Didn’t even give us any options. Very disappointed at the fact we drove all the way here just to be told I can not bring my mother with me, but than she says if you are a minor you can go with her. So you are saying if I am a minor I can bring my mom but if I am not a minor I can’t? That is still two people? Makes no sense. The girl couldn’t even call the doctor to ask, just kept saying this is our policy.
I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Went into the profession to make money, not help people. She doesn't listen to what your issues are just concerned about , just what kind insurance you have.
