Sometimes during the process of buying a home the selling agent is seen as a hurdle to overcome as they are working for the seller. I cannot say this about Jacquie .She was professional and very friendly during the process of negotiating a fair deal for the seller and us . Jacquie was superb from initial contact to closing. She listened to what I wanted, the price point and timeline. She quickly identified properties, lenders to get pre-approved and because I was out of state set up video viewings. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional during the offer/counter offer and inspection process. Closing was seemless. I have used many of her recommendations for service companies to do the ongoing maintenance and needed repairs. I highly recommend Jacquie!
Jacquie puts her clients first. She really listens to their wants and needs and seeks to find the best home that fits their criteria. Jacquie knows a lot about houses from her previous career as a Kitchen and Bath Designer. I know, because she’s done two of my previous homes and she did an incredible job on both.
