We love our new hot tub! Jim Cruse is a great salesperson and answered all our questions. The installation crew, headed by David, was superb. They took time to show us all the operating procedures and ongoing maintenance requirements. They had an electrician and a concrete contractor that they recommended who also did great jobs.
Jim and his crew are wonderful! Great experience all around from shopping, buying, delivery and set up and any questions or guidance we needed after that. Best decision we ever made!
