Brandon is an amazing host, apartment complex is maintained like a 5 star resort. Views are spectacular if you get the right apartment. Maintenance staff are wonderful and treat even routine repairs as rapid response. Complex is quite new so minimal issues. Lots of Californians rent it so many apts rented but nobody there. Not crowded.
I just want to take a moment to recognize Tracy who works in our building. She does a fantastic job keeping everything clean and well-maintained, but honestly, it's her presence that really stands out. She's always warm, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to talk to. Knowing she's here makes living at the Jade Apartments so much more comfortable. She's clearly a hardworking, kind-hearted person, and our building is lucky to have her. Highly recommend this place — great staff makes all the difference!
First Impressions matter, and walking into and through this building told me everything I needed to know. The floors stay clean, the hallways smell great, and there is never lingering clutter or mess around the building. Don't doubt that Jade Apartment is truly a peaceful home. The management here is amazing. The only little downside is really just about some of the people living here and their sense of hygiene. But honestly, all the staff are so friendly, calm, and wonderful—this place is really special. Leaving makes me genuinely sad :( Who knows, maybe I’ll be back here again someday :)
I just moved to Jade and everything has been fantastic. The staff is very friendly, and the apartments are very nice and modern. The building is in very good condition. The pool has been under maintenance for a while, but I hope it's finished soon. The dog park is fine, I don't understand the negative comments from people.
