I’ve been living at Jade Apartments for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. Evelyn is one of the nicest people you will meet. She is intent on making sure you are comfortable with your rental, quickly makes any reports for you for maintenance, and speaks gently and always politely towards everyone, making them feel comfortable every time you walk through the door! DAY IN THE LIFE OF JADE APTS AS OF 8/31/2024. All these photos were taken today. First thing in the morning I head down to take my dog to the dog park. As you can see there are about 25 piles of dog poo waiting as shown in the photo which is an improvement from the usual 40 to 50 in this small park. As you can also see from the photos there is dog poo smeared all over the bench, fence and dog toys inside this park. I have lived here for over a year now and I have had a fantastic time being here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance always comes on time and the place is very clean thanks to Kathys hard work. Evelyn has been great since first moving in to Jade Apartments. She helped me move in very smoothly and was very communicative with me throughout the process. The housekeeper at Jade is a hard working lady! One of the things that lured me to Jade was because it was new and clean and Tracy sure keeps it that way! From the gym to the mail room to the front lobby and on all floors I see her working and she always has a smile! She does and awesome job cleaning up after people’s dogs too!! I've been living at Jade for 2 years! I love it here. The staff is always friendly and professional, including the maintenance guys. Whenever I have a problem in my unit, they handle it very quickly. I've lived at other places where they don't even acknowledge you, but the staff at Jade always takes care of me. They even had a taco event that I attended, and because I love where I live, I will renew again this year!
