I don’t personally live at Jade Apartment, but I’m a guest there every few weeks. I wanted to acknowledge one of the property managers Brenton. I truly feel like he cares about the building and the people who live there. He’s always been approachable, responsive, and professional, and it really shows in how well the property is maintained. His effort and attention make Jade feel welcoming and well-run, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. I really appreciate someone who is as attentive as he is. Thank you.
AMAZING! We looked at Jade to live here a month ago. Right off the bat thought how wonderful of place this is. All the staff and all the tenants are amazing. So we moved in two weeks ago. What a great place to live. We have all the luxury you can imagine. Cameras at every door, great gate and security company too. Feel super safe here. Updating my rating to 3 stars. I have lived on the 6th floor for some time, and our small community on this floor is very close-knit. I want to be specific about the reasons for updating my review. -Fire alarms: We did not receive proper notice prior to a specific event. We had a resident event with mimosa’s and mini charcuterie boards. It’s was absolutely amazing! The manager Brandon was so nice and welcoming. Him and Evelyn were absolutely wonderful! The drinks were great!
My friend lives in this apartment complex, and it is a very nice community. I’ve been considering moving back from California to Las Vegas and reached out to inquire about pricing. Evelyn and Brandon are very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions in a polite and respectful manner. It truly shows that both Evelyn and Brandon care about the property and the residents.
