I’ve been living at Jade for three months now and it’s been a very good experience. The location is excellent, and the building itself is newer and well laid out. One thing that stands out is how responsive the maintenance team is. The few requests I’ve had have been handled the same day or the next day, which I really appreciate. The management team is friendly and helpful whenever I interact with them, which makes a big difference day to day. The amenities are a big plus. I just want to take a moment to recognize Tracy who works in our building. She does a fantastic job keeping everything clean and well-maintained, but honestly, it's her presence that really stands out. She's always warm, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to talk to. Knowing she's here makes living at the Jade Apartments so much more comfortable. She's clearly a hardworking, kind-hearted person, and our building is lucky to have her. From our very first introduction, Brandon McClain, the Community Manager was professional, approachable, and genuinely welcoming. Went to the office with some questions regarding my lease. As always Elizabeth was very helpful and informative as well as she’s always so nice. I have been living here for a couple months now and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Not to mention the amenities are amazing!!! I love living here 🥰
First Impressions matter, and walking into and through this building told me everything I needed to know.
