I just moved to Jade and everything has been fantastic. The staff is very friendly, and the apartments are very nice and modern. The building is in very good condition. The pool has been under maintenance for a while, but I hope it's finished soon. The dog park is fine, I don't understand the negative comments from people.
I moved into Jade recently and it's absolutely perfect! Modern kitchen, bathroom and appliances with a balcony with great views, it's exactly what I was looking for. The space and square footage is utilized perfectly for a one bedroom, open kitchen, big living room and bathroom with high ceilings, and always quiet and peaceful, it's like hotel living and great community with a great staff, definitely the right choice!
I toured the property with Miss Evelyn and was really impressed. She walked me through all the pricing and fees with great attention to detail and answered all my questions clearly. The apartment complex itself was beautiful, and the tour experience made me feel confident about potentially living here
I toured the property last week and completely fell in love with it! Everything was so clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I wish I could move in sooner, but I’m currently waiting to hear back from my employer regarding my transfer. Once I have confirmation, I’ll be ready to move forward.
Nicest apartments closest to the strip. The units are very modern and the building is clean l, nice and quiet. Stunning balcony views of the strip. I looked at Green Leaf Lotus and Elysian at the palms also but Jade was the winner. The girls in the front are super sweet too.
