Jaguar of Tacoma contracted me to ceramic coat a Jaguar FTYPE after they messed up the old coating, I detailed and coated this ftype for $800 giving them a huge discount. Mind you I detailed this car back in April, well today july 18th 2022 am I being told that I won’t be paid because “the customer was unsatisfied” it took them MONTHS to tell me, did they really refund the customer or are they trying to avoid paying me a small sum of $800+ tax. I scheduled my annual service for my F-type, and I wanted to replace my two rear tires at the same time. This would prove to be a bridge too far. I called on the Tuesday before my appointment to try to order my tires and I kid you not, the person I spoke to couldn’t figure out how to order tires. He said he’d ask someone and call me back. Do not ever purchase a Jaguar ! Their customer service is HORRIBLE, to say the least! You can never get your car in for service in a timely manner, nor do they provide loaner vehicles. I should have stuck with BMW! I will NEVER purchase another Jag!
