I waited months for a simple part to come in (a small roof panel that came off during a windstorm). When it finally arrived, I wasn’t informed that it arrived until I contacted Jaguar. Then they told me it had to be painted to match my car which took another 2 weeks. I made an appointment so that I wouldn’t have to wait. I arrived for my appointment and waited more than THREE HOURS for a simple part to be installed. They told me that there was some sort of defect but never offered me a courtesy vehicle until it was repaired.... read more

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I purchased a new IPace from them in January of this year. I went to the dealership to look at an F Pace. After driving it I realized it wasn’t the vehicle for me. My wife asked if our salesman Ed could show us the IPace, Ed was not very professional and didn’t seem interested in showing us the car. It takes to long for an oil change .....nearly 90 mins waiting is way to long for me this stand around an doing nothing � my car has been sitting outside for the past 30 or so mins.
We've been going to Jaguar of Tacoma for the last several years they have the best customer service in the business. Due to their exceptional friendly customer service team & truthworthy mechanics when time comes we will definitely buy our new Jaguar there .

Made an oil change appointment last week, took 2 hours to get in and out. RIDICULOUS, why make an appointment if its going to take 2 hours..? Not happy.

Chad my sales Rep, Michael in finance and Joe as the General Manager...they all made me feel welcomed there was no pressure and the entire buying experience was so well handled. The new XF is just such a nice drive. It is a great dealership to deal with.

I have purchased a jaguar and Range Rover in recent years. While the buying experience is marginal at best, the service department is epically awful. We recently had engine problems on our Jaguar XF after a collision. Had it towed in for service. Was called a day later by John in the Service department at the Jaguar of Tacoma to be told I needed a new engine. AND IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT ACCIDENT RELATED SO INSURANCE WOULDN'T COVER IT.
