I was in terrible back pain for months and my regular doctor referred me to Jaimish Gwalani, MD’s office. The doctor was very kind and understanding about my pain and on reviewing my X-Rays gave me medication that gave me immediate relief. He further ordered an MRI to make sure of the diagnosis. An overall great experience with this doctor who was very sympathetic towards my problem and pain. Very friendly and helpful front desk and phone staff too. Highly recommended.
I have been waiting for more than two weeks to receive my results from the front desk. Each time, they claim to have sent a message to the doctor, and they assure me that once he confirms, my results will be sent. The wait to see the doctor is also prolonged, and on the occasion when he finally appears, it is often at the last minute, leaving insufficient time for treatment. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I wish I had read the reviews before seeing this sketchy doctor. There is definitely something fishy about this guy.. all he wants to do is give his patients epidural injections. After I refused to get one, he refused to send my prescription to the pharmacy! "Dr. Gwalani and his team provided exceptional care during my visit. His expertise and compassion put me at ease and I appreciated the time. The office staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend him!
