Jake was fantastic! He saved me over $3000 on my closing costs. Other brokers charge hidden fees, but not Jake. He was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. If I had questions I could call him directly. His assistant was on top of everything required and provided a schedule of important dates. Unheard of. Jake Bowser was fantastic! Answered all our questions during the cash-out refinance. Made himself readily available throughout the entire process. Kept us up to date constantly via text. Was shooting for a November 17 closing date and was able to pull it off in less than 30 days, even 7 days earlier than anticipated. Highly recommended!!
