Called this office because I was having some very concerning issues and needed to schedule an urgent appointment. I was told that I would receive a call back from doctor that day, but did not happen. I called back the next morning to voice my concerns and was told the Dr. was performing procedures the previous day and that was the reason for not receiving the call back. My husband, Sunderan Moses, had an endoscopy done by Dr. Butler last week. When, selecting a doctor from those in the practice, I went sort-of "eeny-meeny" and asked for him! We were so fortunate. From our first facetime appointment with him, he put us at ease, answered our questions and never made us feel rushed. Dr. Butler is a knowledgeable, kind, caring doctor who listens to any and all concerns and helps his patients find the best care for what they are dealing with. I am so grateful I found him and he has stuck with me through my illness over the last 20+ years.
Dr Butler is attentive and asks and answers all my questions.
