The office people were very friendly and courteous. Dr. Fuselier is very nice, answers all questions, and makes his patients relax with his down-to-earth ways. He explains the procedure very thoroughly. They also go over the things to do at home to heal fast and properly quite well. We've used him on three occasions and have never been disappointed about the services we received. They are an excellent oral surgery team.
The one star is for the ladies in the front who were very kind. ❤️ I got my wisdom teeth removed here and it was pretty bad. First, they ran out of the Nitrous almost immediately and said they changed the tank out for a new one so I waited and waited for it to work while they went ahead and got started. Their method of checking to see if I was numb enough was starting to cut at my teeth and if I winced they gave me another shot..( no testing with cold or any other less painful options). Dr. Fuselier is a wonderful surgeon. I had had a few difficult experiences before finding him and was very anxious. He took a lot of time explaining the procedure and really knew his stuff. I'm recovering now...no problems. Highly recommend! Thank you, Dr. Fuselier. Jen
Dr Fuselier is patient and very thorough. Made sure we felt comfortable with all the steps of wisdom teeth removal. This is my 3rd child to see him and we’ve been pleased every time!
I am giving 5 stars for the J. Fuselier DDS MD services only. I feel I should not give him one star for the incompetence of the organization, Austin Oral Surgery. The organization is horrific and if you can handle dealing with them trying to tell you that you do not have coverage from your insurance provider but giving you the wrong policy number, correcting the policy number over and over again, having over 200 dollars in charges that the billing office doesn't even know the origin, staff arguing with you when you are giv... read more
