Dr Dowling is super cardiologist , listens to his patients, after a serious incident concerning my AFIB , he actually took time to call me at home, when my long time cardiologist retired he recommended Dr Dowling in his group, and I couldn't have been treated any better, if he feels you need to see another doctor, he doesn't hesitate to recommend . he deserves more than 5 stars.
