Dr. Whisenhunt is the height of incompetence. I was in his care for a short period of time and he completely missed every mark of patient care. He made me go without medication for several days at different occasions for different meds. He has very poor bedside manner and just pretended he was confused by my regularly maintained regimen. Run away if you're considering him.

Poor bedside manner and clinician. Exceedingly smug, dismissive, and arrogant. Opted for care elsewhere. I had a moderate to severe medication reaction and before taking it, he said if I experience certain side effects "chug a bunch of water" and call him. It was a Sunday, so he didn't pick up. In fact, he never called back. My primary care answered my call and had me go to the ER. Whisenhunt refused to speak to my family while I was at the ER because of HIPPA. I have a new doctor that I really like. Staff is cheerful and helpful.
