Dr. Long has been my primary care physician for over a year, now, and I could not be more pleased with my experience as a patient of his. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicates effectively and listens well. His staff are top-notch. All of my appointments with Dr. Long have been positive experiences, and I feel fortunate to have him in my corner managing my overall health needs and profile. I recommend him highly.
I am a complicated patient. I have a medical history that has been full of surprises. I cannot imagine having my health managed by anyone else other than Dr. Long and his staff. On August 13, 2019, I had my annual physical examination by Dr. James E. Long. As always, I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of all of the staff in his office. Dr. Long is a great physician. He is always willing to spend the extra time to listen and go above and beyond when you need help, even outside of office hours. Chris, Kathy, and Iris make a great team as they always make me feel welcome and are quick to assist me in anyway possible.
