Dr. Kramer is a 'five star' dentist. His office and staff are exceptional. I have never had such a thorough exam and analysis of my teeth. I just had my first procedure with him and everything turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend him. So glad I was able to find a great dentist is lower slower delaware.
I needed full upper and lower dentures, + 10 extractions to even start that process. The scheduling was impeccable, and the price was right where I expected it to be. The doctor is a master at his craft, The 2 ladies that assisted him were so knowledgeable and comforting they were great, at the front desk I felt like I was talking to family. I was having a problem with a temp crown from another dentist that kept breaking, Dr Kramer got me in the next day after I spoke to the office staff ( who were all very nice) he checked why the temp crown kept breaking and used an electronic scanning tool to help determine the problem, and he determined the tooth had not been prepped properly, he re prepped the tooth and put a temp crown, which was fine never any problems with it, today they placed the permanent crown on the tooth, the Doctor is nice and explained what he wa... read more
Wonderful practice! Every encounter is always a positive one. The office staff and assistants are consistently pleasant and professional. The Hygienists do an amazing job with their thorough assessments and treatments. Dr. Kramer is very talented with his dental and cosmetic dentistry skills. 7 years ago I moved 1.5 hours away but yet I still make the commute to their office because they’re indeed “That good!”.
Been to many dentists. Dr. Kramer is the best. He explains your condition and is highly competent. The entire practice is excellent. Fay is my hygenist. She also gets 5 stars. And Millie is also very good at the recption desk.
