Dr. Passinault treated my parents with compassion and kindness. They both looked forward to seeing him. They were very blessed to have his excellent care while they were with us. He always had plenty of time to listen, answer questions, and was proactive in treating them. His staff was available to answer questions. I don't hesitate to recommend him to others as I witnessed first hand his care bringing my parents to their appointments. I trust him.

Brilliant doctor who has the greatest of bedside manners and makes my mother with Alzheimer’s feel very valued and listened to. I consider him one of the best physicians in town! Very professional yet emotionally accessible.

Dr Passinault has never given me the impression he cares about me as a patient, yet alone a person. He does not hold his staff accountable for when they fail to give correct medical information in his absence. Dr Passinault misdiagnosed my sudden hearng loss. Dr. Passinault was my father's physician at Clark Retirement Community and also when my father entered the care of Spectrum Health Hospice. My father died on July 4, 2018. His death certificate was not signed until today, July 11, 2018. Dr. Passinault has refused to respond to several calls to both Clark and his office on Lafayette. Not until the mortuary threatened to contact the Medical Examiner and to have Dr. Passinault's license revoked did he sign the death certificate. Inexcusable.
