James was a huge help in getting the transaction closed. He communicated every step of the way, which is always nice, and whenever I had a question, he was right there to answer it. The client was happy with his performance as well, which is always the key factor after a closing. I appreciate all he did for this transaction and would of course recommend him!

I would recommend James Perfilio to anyone looking to purchase a home.
