I was in here a few times yesterday, having lost my full set of house keys and needing them all cut. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, despite being absolutely run off their feet. Two of the keys were non standard and they cut them with no issues, all of which fit perfectly once I got home. Thank you for your help! An excellent service that we’re lucky to have in Canary Wharf
I should have listened to the warning reviews. It’s appalling how little they care while pretending to on these reviews. I took my leather boots to be shortened, and they came back with uneven lengths. I didn’t make a fuss about it since it’s not completely noticeable at first glance. However, the stitching is uneven, and the overall work is sloppy. The worst part? Fantastic service, kind and caring staff. The gentleman working there went above and beyond for a last minute service I needed urgently close to the end of the day. Deserve all the business and praise they get.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I had noticed the strap on my wedding shoes was broken a couple of weeks before the wedding. These guys suggested a fix that could be done within the day, offering different solutions, and not only did the shoes end up looking great with a new buckle but lasted many hours of dancing! My partner also came in here asking for a new hole to be put into his belt which they did for free. Genuinely lovely people and great service!
After going to a Timpson branch and the store not being able to fix my winter boot, I tried my luck at James Shoe Care, branch 0091. Luckily Elliott save the day and saved me going out to buy a new pair of winter before my holiday. Thank you Elliot! :) I
