I took some boots in for a resole and they simply did quite a poor job. No attention or care was paid in aspects that should be common sense good practice. 1. They did not remove the original stitching when they resoled it, they simply stitched over it, creating an ugly bumpy, wonky line which was in the wrong colour thread 2. A slightly delayed review, but better late than never 🤣 I spontaneously took my loafers into this store on the morning of New Year’s Eve, hoping that - on the off chance - they’d be able to tidy them up and polish them before I went out that night. They are magnificent. I arrived 2m past the closing time and a very kind gentleman called Billy was able to fix my heel cap while I waited. I was so grateful! And then, another lady popped in and had the same issue. He did not hesitate to help us both!
Absolutely wonderful shop who deals with shoes, keys and locks etc. My lock on my bag wouldn't open with my code, and Billy didn't hesitate to do what he could do open it for me with success. Incredibly helpful and accommodating. Don't hesitate to come here for great service. Thank you Billy!
Avoid!!!! I sent two pairs of sneakers for wash last month. However, when I went back to pick them up. I found the stains on both pairs of my shoes. They not only refuse to take responsibility for my loss but also refuse to refund me for the service. And they keep asking me go back again and again by saying they need to talk to manager.
