Jamestown was such a nice place to live. Every single one of the employees in the front office are very caring and understanding and truly want to help you. My apartment was just the right size for what I needed. I had it decorated beautifully and the carpeting was of high quality. I have zero complaints about the complex.

My building lost hot water and maintenance arrived within 30 minutes after I called it in to the emergency phone line. They fixed the issue within the next 30 minutes! Great job guys!! Ty!

Generally loved my time there. It wasn't nearly as bad as its reputation. Maintenance was always quick and understanding. The office was super accommodating and helpful. The Iride was super convenient when I didn't have my car. I'd definitely go back if I am ever in Mount Pleasant again.

I put my work order in and maintenance was here that day. Started the process of fixing it. Great servicemen each time I saw them. Knowledgeable and told me what would happen to fix the issue. Friendly and courteous.
