Quick and easy to get a unit. I was to to reserve a unit online without a credit card, and got a discount from using sparefoot. I moved into a bigger unit and was provided a lock to borrow until I finished transferring from the small to the new instead of having to buy another just for a few days. Customer service is great, and I tend to stay and chat when it's slow. My bigger unit was a bit dirty, and had ants, but after a quick sweep I haven't had any problems.
