Very inexperienced provider. If you are looking for a empathetic and validating space, this is not it. When I brought up sensitive issues, I was met with dismissiveness and what felt like a lecture rather than therapeutic support. My mental health did not improve, and I felt unheard. Also, the therapist was unresponsive to emails and difficult to schedule with
