I switched to Dr Shawver as my PCP when my prior Dr reduced their hours. I am happy for the change. Dr Shawver is personable, takes her time, is knowledgeable, and remembers your conditions between visits. I had an acute issue, and given my chronic issues, was able to treat the acute issue in a more appropriate way. At least for now, it is easy to get last minute appointments, rather than go to Urgent Care, where they tell you to follow-up with your PCP. Dr is on-time. I have not had to wait past the time of my appointment.
As an individual going for a physical after over a decade of avoiding doctor offices it was nerve-wracking to say the least. Dr. Shawver put me at ease and didn't make me feel any sort of negativity for how I have been handling my health. Her positive attitude and compassion while discussing sensitive matters really showed that she not just there for a pay check and actually cared. I highly recommend her as a physician and will continue to see her routinely.
All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Wait times were very short and the office was very accommodating to my needs. My visit with Dr.Shawver was very comfortable and touched on my concerns in depth. I have referred her as my wife's PCP and my wife loves her way of managing both of our health care concerns as a family unit. I will recommend any family and friends to meet her at Trinity Health as a provider.
Had my first visit with Dr. Jamie Shawver recently. Was extremely impressed with her focus, listening skills, patience, and compassion. She is trying to help me with a chronic problem I've been dealing with. I feel in excellent hands.
Dr Shawver is very sweet and very knowledgeable. I have a special needs adult son and she is so patient with him. She takes her time with her patients and we never feel rushed. I love this practice! Dr Sullivan and the whole staff are wonderful also!
