Jordan was a great rep. Got measurements quickly and they were out in a few days ! Only took them 1 hour for one small room. And they gave me a good discount for removing old carpet myself.
I have used Jamie’s a few different times and can’t say enough how awesome of a job they do. Will continue to refer Jamie’s to everyone. If you happen to have Ryan as ur installer feel blessed.
Only store I will buy my carpet from…. And the installers are professionals. Ask for Andy… this guy is absolutely amazing and has the experience and knowledge… and he is super nice and polite as well. Rare to find all those traits in installers today.
Buyer Beware! I had 2 bedrooms, living room, hall and steps carpeted in 2018. All of the carpets have buckeled even in the two bedrooms that aren't used. I was told that since I didn't have them professionally cleaned each year by them that they weren't covered under a warranty. Who would of professionally clean carpets in rooms that aren't used? I have other carpeting that is more than 20 years old that is in great shape. They will re-stretch the carpet for $1,000.00.
From the estimate to the scheduling to the installation, we had a great experience with Jamie's. Special shout out to Jordan, Jody and lead installers Matt and Corey for their efforts, managing and executing our 5-room job super effectively. Would highly recommend!
