JamPackd Storage is awesome!! It's a brand new storage facility in Alcoa! It's completely climate controlled and the best part in my opinion is that it has a keyless entry to the building and my unit and I can add users and take off users just from an app on my phone. Sara and Anna made my move in a breeze! The building and the units are very clean and they have many sizes and locations in the building. I got my first month free for the grand opening special!
This place is fantastic! They have everything you need to move yourself into some really clean units. Love that there are carts and dollies available for tenant use in the facility. The sign up process was pretty straight forward. I had Anna sign me up. Anna was super knowledgeable when answering my questions and she made the whole experience feel... almost too easy. Anna was amazing!! She was so kind and answered all of my questions and walked me through the whole process. The whole place was super clean and easy to maneuver around. The app makes it quick to get in as well. Great place and will come back if I need to rent again!!
Well to begin Darrell checked me in on 3rd flr. Wen I went to store my things elevator was down and Anna was exceptional about putn me on 1st flr so I didn't have to go somewhere else..And now I'm thinking of upgrading to c104 and again Darrell was very curious and helpful and left Anna a note that I will be in on Saturday to talk about an upgrade maybe a 10 ×10. Sara was so helpful and got us setup super quickly! The facility is clean, well lit and feels secure. I love that you can create access codes for others who need to access the unit without you having to be physically present. Would recommend!
