This place is amazing! Brand New! I couldn't be any happier. Awesome security. And the entire BEST part of the whole experience was Anna!!! Her Customer Service is impeccable. She is knowledgeable, professional and so helpful. In complete honesty I had checked out several other places, but chose this one because of how helpful, courteous and kind Anna was through the entire process.
Anna was amazing at getting our storage unit account set up, including access through the app and reserving the on-site U-Haul truck. The next day, Sara did an outstanding job completing the truck rental and helping us out with easy access through the main entrance. So far, our experience has been outstanding – it makes me want to find reasons to keep items in storage!
Everyone on the team was so amazing! We had Sara to help me and my roommate move in, and she made the process incredibly easy while being thorough. The storage units are clean, have nice air flow, and if you have any concerns or questions they are more willing to help. I couldn’t have picked a better place to rent my first storage unit as a college student. Highly recommend!!
Anna was great in getting us setup. Walked us to different units in different Flores to helps us make sure we picked just the right unit. Was also a pleasure to talk to and joined into our banter. Love the way the doors work.
Anna was very sweet and helped us on very short notice! Great deal! Highly recommend! Facility is brand new, very clean and every thing is in working order!
