My therapist actually cares and is committed to making my search inward turn into something tangible. The sorrow and hurt or having my kids kidnapped basically and being cheated on and my kids abused as their kept from me..... she helps me find ways to carry that. Mine is a real one.

Jan was very helpful she was a good listener and she gave me some good tools to use to help me with my situation today. I'm very grateful I reached out to get some help with my mental health.
