Great customer service Had to return the item, it was really packed well and quality product, the return had nothing to do with the product. It's refreshing working with a company with integrity.
First replacement of the same item since the pool was installed in 2003. I am the pool owner who is a retired health professional who also did all the electrical work for the original pool which passed inspection. Replacing this light fixture was easy particularly cutting the defective fixture off the electrical cord and attaching the end of the new one (only needed 15 feet) to pull it through to the junction box. Of note, the presence of algae in the one-inch wet conduit made the wire very slippery and thereby easy to pull.... read more
