Love the strength of this fabric band. This came with 3 sizes. I only need the heavy fabric band but didn't see an opportunity to order just one. It works great for leg resistance training.

No instructions or suggestions for use. Really nice bands. However, some instructions and a list of exercises with photo depictions would have resulted in a five star review.

Serious lifting bands💪 These are some robust lifting bands! Nothing like the ones my wife uses (red and pink and blue). No, these are for putting in work! And, as a combat veteran, I can appreciate the colors. I have used them for a couple of weeks now, and, buddy am I sore!
Good quality and design Seem to be of good quality, and design. Haven’t tried them yet other than to take them out of the box. For the price you think they would have a tote bag for the system along with a workout sheet or program to follow but they do not have either.
Get what you pay for. Bands are OK. Smaller one broke on me without warning or sign of tear.
Superb Heavy Duty Band Excellent quality product for heavy duty use. Use it to stretch painful hip muscles and joints. Very strong bands with a great deal of force.
