Jane Helgeson was our loan officer. We were first time home buyers. The house we chose to buy was a short sale and the process was a complicated one! But Jane walked us through every step and went above and beyond to take all the stress off of us! She worked late...answered emails after hours...and took care of things that aren't even in her job description! Even through the hiccups she got things done!
