Jane and her team provided great services. A few hours after we contacted her, she had loan application to us and continued to update us through the refinance process. We will recommend her to family and friends that want refinance or to finance a loan.

Jane Helgeson was pleasant, compassionate, and always there to answer any questions we had, even after her surgery. Sometimes it was not clear when to sign paperwork received in the mail which delayed our closing. We had a closing with Coleman & Coleman three years ago and everything went very smoothly in one hour. This time, with refinancing it took approximately 2 hours. They're very good and answer all questions
Overall the process was quick and the end result of a lower interest rate was achieved. We did feel a little lost and confused and still don't totally understand how all the numbers work, but we are happy with the end result.
Jane Helgeson is a good person, easy to reach, answers all questions with good explanations, answers her phone and emails and has great customer service. I would certainly recommend her to anyone I know that is in need of a mortgage loan.
