I cannot begin to describe how terrible of a therapist this woman was. I began seeing her in 2022 when my mom made me go because she thought I had autism. After some talking with her, we decided to get m evaluated for ADHD. I checked most of the boxes that SHOULD'VE raised concern, but when she emailed my teachers and asked about my grades only to find that I was a straight A student, she told me there was not possible way I could have ADHD if I had good grades. A wonderful therapist who knows how to connect, helps with diagrams from several places over time definitely helping me. Jane doesn't get upset if I misplace a email and is spot-on in diagnosis!!
She was my daughter’s therapist for awhile, I was very disappointed in her services. 10 visits and she canceled half of them. She never updated her portal with anything, diagnosis, recommendations, she had a parent signed paper never contacted us to see how we may help her at home. Just a nod and yes tell me more blah, blah. She talks to me at home she was hoping for a better connection and more help than just a nod with everything she said.
Great experience. I feel as if my therapist really listened to me. I came away with the hope I haven’t felt in a while.
