I love Dr. Chukwu. She is knowledgeable yet kind, and I felt that she was really seeing me as a person. I had another IHA endocrinologist -- competent I'm sure, but I felt I was just another name on the roster. Not so with Dr. Chukwu. I feel lucky to have been referred to her.
Dr. Chukwu is such a great provider! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Chukwu helped me understand my condition more than any other doctor has! 10/10 Recommend her.
Doctor refused to consider my symptoms that were not in my referral when my insurance does not require a referral. She dismissed my abnormal lab results because of the inaccurate referral. She said she was excellent in communication at our original appointment and I disagree based on her slow response to messages. Lab technicians could hardly get ahold of her for my testing and she would not answer office phone from receptionist when I called prior to the test.
