Provider was well prepared before visit and had the answers with solutions and the reasons. She was great with patient and family in the room and on the phone. Patient was overwhelmed, with Information, but that is normal. She had been prepared and just needs frequent reinforcement (91 yo). Great care
Janelle has always been very pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable and has answered every question and dealt with (right away) any issues I have encountered with treatment!
Janelle was very kind and went over my bloodwork and explained the results so I could understand them.

Janel is a wonderful PA who listens and spends time with us patients. She is thorough and caring. Whenever insurance decides to deny any of my treatments, meds, or procedures, Janel and her nurse are right there fighting insurance until they approve everything! When the worst diagnosis occurs, I would definitely get the best possible help.
