Janell's approach to providing mental guidance is a very good fit for me. I feel like I'm being heard and the suggestions given for dealing with my issues are very helpful. I've had many counselors over the years and she is one of the best counselors I've seen. I am grateful to have her as my counselor.
Very clinical setting, not easy to feel comfortable being vulnerable. I was rated by points to begin - (based on my online survey). I want to get to the root of my anxiety and my social issues/drinking but kept being referred to my general practitioner for possible post partum depression (my daughter is 3, almost 4 and I’m having recent depression) and she seemed adamant I consider starting medication. Janell is one of the most caring, professional, informative and compassionate counselors I’ve ever worked with! She truly takes the time to find the best individual approach and to provide the best care! Highly recommended and truly fortunate to have met her!
People were very nice. Session was more productive than I expected. I don't like having to deal with so many people/organizations regarding my treatment; I started with Kaiser, then Health Stance, then you all. Too confusing.
Was very unprofessional. Did not make me feel comfortable sharing my feelings and experiences. She had us end my last session early because “I can’t help if you don’t talk to me”
