It was exceptional . It was my husband who accompanied my son and they called me to be in the process of the interview and care of my son . And as what my son’s feedback , learned a whole lot regarding his new medicines . Thank you for taking the time in learning Your patient .

Excellent Doctor very attentive and takes time to listen to your concerns
Dr. Sher is an amazing allergist. She saw my child and was able to diagnose and start therapy on the first visit. She took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan and was so kind and caring at the same time. The care that I received was superb.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Janelle Sher. The lack of communication and follow-through has been completely unacceptable, especially when it involves medication for my child.For over a month, I have been trying to get a prescription issue corrected. The prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy have been incomplete, and despite repeated attempts to contact the office and have the issue fixed, I have not been able to get Dr. Sher to return my calls or properly resolve the problem.This is not a minor ... read more
The dr ordered blood work and never followed up with the results despite numerous phone calls, messages and stopping at the office in person to receive the results. Would not recommend
