She was great and explains things very well. Along, with alot of patience and good bedside manner. She doesn't rush in and out and cares that you understand if you have questions.
I appreciate Janessa going over and reviewing the "numbers/ratings" of those different things that show up in the blood like the kidney "score." I don't always understand what those ratings mean, so it was helpful for me to have all that information explained!
She is always thoroughly complete in my care ❤️ 💕 she always knows what I need before I do.
