Dr G is the best! She has been taking great care of our family for 15 years!

Dr. Galanes is the best. The staff is horrible and completely negate the entire experience. Rude, don't answer phones, don't call back, hard to schedule, no follow-through, don't pass along messages, on and on. It's not the good doctor's fault. She's an employee of a terribly managed health system. If you can go with another health system, stay away from SJ Reg Health System.
I love Doctor Galanes, I've had enough of the staff! Mistake after mistake, and THEY don't care about me, and I assume you. Rude...
Let me start out by saying that I never write negative reviews because until now I’ve never felt the need to warn people about how I have been treated by this doctors office... I have gone to Dr. Galanes since I was a little girl and continued to follow her from doctors office to doctors office like a loyal patient (even after moving out of town). I was always happy with Dr. Galanes and just tried to look past how rude the staff is there. I would now not recommend her to anyone.
Janet is wonderful. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and personable and feels like she is family. She takes the time to know her patients and connect. Her phone staff on the other hand are horrible. if you call if I concern, they say they will leave her a message but they will not call you back until the next day more than 24 hours later after they are closed so that they do not have to talk to you. three emergency situations were handled this way and my husband almost died!
