I'm very grateful to have met with Dr. Nielsen. She made me feel very comfortable and was extremely helpful and compassionate. She explained things thoroughly and was helpful in the referral process. If I didn't have a primary physician already, I'd select Dr. Nielsen

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the behavior of the doctor who recently attended to my eight-year-old daughter. The doctor was unprofessional, displaying a lack of empathy and compassion toward a child who was clearly in pain and frightened. Her manner was unnecessarily rough and her tone dismissive, which only intensified my daughter’s distress during an already difficult experience. Dr Nielsen was great and very knowledgeable. She knew what I had just by examining me. I would definitely recommend her. I give her 5 stars because she’s the whole packet: smart, caring and friendly.
I visited Loyola's immediate care in Burr Ridge. The service was great and quick. After visiting another urgent care who wrongly diagnosed me, Dr. Nielsen immediately told me what the issue was and prescribed meds. It has been one and I already feel better and have less pain.
