Dr Nielsen was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She took her time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options. I felt completely at ease and confident in her care. She was so kind and professional i almost felt like i was talking to a caring family member. She made my experience positive and reassuring. Thank you Dr Nielsen

I took my daughter to the Burr Ridge Urgent care and our visit was pleasant as we were checked in fast and the lady that assisted us was really nice and concerned about my daughters pain level. We were called to see the doctor about 15 minutes later after walking around the corner and taking seats. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the behavior of the doctor who recently attended to my eight-year-old daughter. The doctor was unprofessional, displaying a lack of empathy and compassion toward a child who was clearly in pain and frightened. Her manner was unnecessarily rough and her tone dismissive, which only intensified my daughter’s distress during an already difficult experience.
