Jardin has been such an amazing daycare for our daughter. Every teacher and person who works in the center is so loving and caring and truly cares about the kids who attend daycare there. Our daughter shows up everyday so excited to see her teachers and play with her friends. We could not be happier with our decision to send our son to Jardin - Eden Prairie!!! We are first time parents, so the daycare decision was a tough one for us. We started our son at another facility when he was 6 months old. Over time we realized the facility was not a good fit for our family, it lacked warmness, leadership, cleanliness and professionalism. Caring teachers, clean, well maintained facilities, functional hours and of course great exposure to Spanish. All my children have or are attending, and they all have a very solid understanding of the language.

We enrolled our two kids (Now 2.5 and 5.5) at Jardin in May of 2021. It was really nice having them learn Spanish, but everything else about it was worse than our previous daycare. Our 5 year old has a lot of special needs and he was not receiving this at Jardin unfortunately. They put him on an improvement plan to help, but then the director and assistant director were both unexpectedly let go, and their plan fell through their system and did nothing. Teachers are good but this place has very high turnover in teachers. My child has a dozen or more teachers & administrators in the last 2.5 years. I wanted to address this issue with main office and asked for a call 3 weeks and still haven't received one. I've been told they called, but there is no call missed calls, no voice messages. The only reason for two stars is that I feel no parent should have to wait 3 or more weeks to speak with a main office on concerns that affect their children.
