As a small business owner, I understand that issues can happen from time to time. However, what is not acceptable is expecting contractors to catch every damaged item within an extremely limited claim window, especially when deliveries often include multiple boxes and materials cannot always be fully inspected until installation begins. I'm going to say this as nicely as possible, but I hate cabinets. I hate measuring. I hate ordering. I hate installing. But I do it every day, because God has a wicked sense of humor, unless I happen to be in an unrealized hell. However, out of all the lines we design and order through, Jarlin makes the experience as pleasurable as it gets, and Vanessa is a huge part of that. We try to steer all our unfortunate customers to Jarlin due to Vanessa and her superpowers.
This is an amazing company. Vanessa comes through EVERY time we need something. I highly recommend Jarlin Cabinetry. They are AWESOME!
I’m a long time customer of Jarlin cabinets. I have to say that their customer service is unbelievable. Michael Nash is always just a phone call away and A huge asset. I recall one day I came in early and I was sitting in the lobby, and Ebony went so far out of her way to make sure that as soon as someone came in that they were helping me that I wasn’t wasting any of my time she knew I was in a rush to get to a job.
