I was 5 minutes late for my appointment (I had been a patient since 2021) Receptionists was on the phone and had to wait an additional 10 minutes while she looked up my information and collected my copay. Dr Bortnem refused to see me. The receptionist then said he was very busy and I can wait. There was only one person in the waiting room. No other patients came.
